Short film ideation

To find an initial idea for my short film, I began by brainstorming anything I was interested in (thematically, visually etc.) in a small journal I commandeered for work on the film. I brought it around with me everywhere, so whenever I had an idea I could quickly scrawl it down.

I also included some screengrabs from films that I found to be inspiring aesthetically.

Narrowing down these ideas, I came up with an idea for what would later be my short film- Double Digits.
